Don't Hide But do Seek

I finally found a really good place.

“Tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther. … And one fine morning —— So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.”

can something ever be taken back?

yes:

moving on forgotten about destroyed itself or knowledge of use destroyed if we use it in a different, new way banned/kept away if it was never given away or never gotten out - uninvent itself undo-ing something - however you created it, uncreate it something is only invented if constantly used

We look into our past

to see what went wrong, at which point did things start to take a negative turn. We’re so obsessed with tracing everything back to a single point that we forget life is a narrative and should be looked at as a whole. You know you’re unsatisfied when you look back into the past. You miss things because you don’t have them anymore, you want to go back to an old state of you and your life. You also missed things then that you have now troubling you. At what point does somebody grow up? we’re constantly being reborn. It doesn’t feel like i’ve been as conscious as I am now for very long though.
